SMALL PRICES FOR SMALL GUESTS

Children up to 1 year old sleep for free (we provide a cot on request)
Children from 1-3 years: 10 % of the Overnight price
Children aged 3-6 years: 20 % of the Overnight price
from 6 to 15 years: 30 % of the Overnight price 
Children over 15 years and third Person: 40% of the Overnight price

DOGS

Dogs are very welcome with us.

For your four-legged friend we charge 15.00 euros per day, without food.

Please bring the dog blanket or a basket as well as food and bowls with you.

The area offers beautiful paths for long walks and walks.

ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE

Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (we ask for a feedback)
Check out by 10am

LOCAL TAX

The offer price does not include the local tax of per person and day from years of age

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, something unforeseen can always happen.

Without travel cancellation insurance we charge as follows:


 Up to 4 weeks before arrival: no costs

Within the last 4 weeks before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price if the holiday apartment can no longer be rented elsewhere.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and cash payments 
(according to Italian law, cash payments are only allowed up to an amount of  2999.99 euros.
Not EU citizens excluded.)
